Kings Crossing

The Kings Crossing Subdivision is a residential, single family home community located on the South Side of the City of Corpus Christi. Since its initial development in 1985, the largest of the three HOAs at approximately 1,355 homes have been built and the community has emerged as one of the most sought after addresses in Corpus Christi with its location situated along Oso Creek.  The neighborhood is comprised of shady, tree-lined streets & stately homes set amid an abundance of green spaces like Saint Denis City Park. The subdivision is bordered on 3 other sides by S. Staples St. on its W side, Yorktown Blvd. on its N side, and Cimarron St. on its E side. The community's children attend either Mireles Elementary School, Kaffie Middle School, or Veteran’s High School.

The subdivision is divided into three separate HOAs:

Master Kings Crossing HOA. This HOA is the largest of the 3 HOAs. This inviting, family oriented neighborhood is well-maintained because it is a deed-restricted community with an involved association of homeowners led by the Master Board of Directors. The board meets monthly and all residents are welcomed to attend the meetings.  The large majority of Kings Crossing is not gated, however, there are 2 gated communities (The Domain & Garden Court) that are located within the subdivision. Both of these communities have their own HOAs & pay additional dues. These 2 HOAs are subordinate to the Master HOA which governs over all of Kings Crossing.  Master Kings Crossing HOA dues are currently $302.50 annually as of 2022. These dues support the operational & management budget for the Master Kings Crossing HOA & provide the security & administrative costs of our gated communities.  In addition to the Master Kings Crossing HOA annual dues, the 2 gated communities charge supplementary dues in sole support of their respective communities.

Garden Court HOA - This gated community called Garden Court is located at the SE end of Kings Crossing. It is located along Garden Court Drive.  This is a well-maintained community of 52 homes beautifully designed with neighboring homes. This community is located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by a green space that includes a community gazebo. Residents love to gather here for neighborhood functions. Garden Court is a part of the larger Master Kings Crossing HOA, plus it has its own HOA Board, an additional set of bylaws and deed restrictions, & is headed by a board of five directors who are also homeowners. The board meets monthly & all residents are welcomed to attend the meetings. The homeowners of Garden Court also own their streets, common area grounds, & gazebo. They have a privately-owned security gate that is accessed by code & they have the added safety of regular security patrols provided by the Master Kings Crossing HOA.

The Domain HOA - The Domain is a gated community located in Kings Crossing. It is designed as a loop around two ponds located along the streets of Bar le Doc E & Bar le Doc W.  This community is surrounded by ample privately-owned green space & large water features along its eastern side. There are 120+ homes here constructed on generous sized lots. The Domain HOA is also a part of the larger Master Kings Crossing HOA.  The Domain has its own HOA Board of Directors, an additional set of bylaws & deed restrictions, & is headed by a board of three directors who are also homeowners. The board meets monthly & all residents are welcomed to attend the meetings. The homeowners of The Domain also own their streets & common area grounds. The privately-owned security gate is accessed by code & there is also the added safety of regular security patrols provided by the Master Kings Crossing HOA.
