Active Listings are down 7.8% with 154 Active listings on the South Side in March 2022. This makes a tight market for Home Buyers looking on the South Side of Corpus Christi. With fewer homes on the market to choose from, Sellers have the advantage and are able to price higher.
Days on the Market is 42 with 46 days to close. Total days on the market has been 88, 15 days more than March 2021.
